Our Approach
Brisbuilt has extensive knowledge of remedial and rectification works within the health and allied health sectors. This specialisation, together with over 25 years of extensive construction experience, and our commitment to safety and client satisfaction has seen us become a service provider of choice for trusted organisations such as UnitingCare Health and Healthscope.
As experts in working within operational environments, our team understands the costly effects of downtime on your facility or tenancy and we work with you to minimise the impact of all works undertaken.
Central to our approach is considering the end-user requirements for the space, and this thinking is re-visited at each stage of your project to achieve a safe, functional build that is finished to the highest standards.
Some common questions new clients ask.
Are you a registered and insured builder?
Yes. Rest assured when you partner with us that Brisbuilt Pty Ltd holds a current QBCC building licence (no. 1281901) and are covered by all required insurances.
How will the quality and safety of my project be managed?
We have strict quality control measures in place for all of our projects. Safety is our highest priority and we ensure all safety protocols are met prior, during, and at the completion of each project, with these measures clearly communicated to you at each stage of the build.
Do I need to move my staff out of the project area during construction?
Not necessarily. At Brisbuilt, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver projects within busy operational environments to minimise the impact to your workplace productivity. We will always work with you to develop the best project plan for your business needs.
Is my project too small?
No. Brisbuilt is capable of delivering any sized project ranging from minor maintenance and remedial works, through to large scale fit-outs or renovations of your tenancy or facility.
